Defeating the winter doldrums

From my thirty years of being a professional organizer, I have found that kids really do love order.  They just need a little push in the right direction.  Why not take this month of February to train your child how to have a clean and organized space?

Why is it so difficult for many teens to keep their rooms tidy?  And why is requiring them to keep it orderly and clean a battle worth waging?  This timeless battle of wills is definitely one where you will need strategies and a battle plan. Read more about this important topic here.

Do you have a teen boy that needs a room transformation? Is the clutter and debris in your son’s room about to drive you crazy?  Here is an inspirational story about a young man’s room makeover.  He did it all himself with no help from mom.  It will motivate you.

After looking at your daughter’s cluttered and chaotic closet you may wonder how she ever emerges from her room so well-dressed and put together. Here is an inspiring story of a closet transformation that will motivate you and your daughter. This same scenario can occur in your daughter’s closet with just a little guidance and planning.

Send me an email about any problem you are facing, and I will respond with some quick tips to get you motivated to start the process.

Have the best February EVER!

Sue’s Story

I've been a professional organizer most of my adult life. Who I am and why I love my work comes from how I was raised and the mysteries of DNA!

From the most humble of beginnings in Kentucky to helping businesses and organizations across the U.S., I always try my best to share both practical and inspirational principles and techniques.

I hope you enjoy your visit here and come back often. And feel free to call or email anytime.

Even though you might reach me on my porch looking out at the Colorado Rockies, a born and bred Kentucky girl enjoys a good chat.

Order out of Chaos
