I am sure you have heard that saying many times in your life. Your parents told you that in order to succeed, you need to eat your vegetables or in order to succeed you need to get a good education, and so forth.
But I believe that the saying” in order to succeed” could stand alone with no need to follow it with another statement.
You must be “in order” to succeed. Period.
If you look at your life and all of its components, I bet you will find that wherever you have succeeded, you have first been in order.
Here’s an example. My home is in order, therefore I am experiencing success there.
My friendships are in order; therefore, I am experiencing success in my friendships.
What about you?
Look at the areas of your life; your kids, marriage, finances, career, friendships, your relationship with the Lord, your environment at home and at the office. You will find success if there is order there.
It is a natural and spiritual principle. Success follows order.
Define what is not working for you and behind it you will see disorder.
Here’s an example:
Problem: I can’t seem to get my projects done on time at work. I am always late. Possible reason? There might be several reasons; you don’t like the task, you procrastinate or whatever. Check the organization of your desk, files (paper and digital) and surrounding office. Can you access anything you need in 3 seconds to finish that project? If not, here’s a great idea. Hire a personal organizer to help you declutter and set up a simple system for everything that you use in your office to get your project done. (www.theorganizingspecialists.com or www.napo.net or www.restoringorder.com or www.withtimetospare.com ).
These organizers can come to your area and work with you personally on site, or they can also work with you virtually.
Once your stuff is in order, your schedule will be drastically and positively affected.
I encourage you to work on getting organized in every area of your life, and you will succeed.
